About Me

"My name is Nicole Roth; I’m a practicing PA-C since 2012. I started 906 Footcare with Dr. Gallagher DPM; he is the participating podiatrist. My focus is on chronic care/non-surgical conditons including diabetic footcare, wart treatment, porokeratosis treatment, ingrown nails, foot pain evaluation, injections, and other non-surgical alternatives. Services excluded are wound care, fracture management, and surgical management. No referral is needed. I currently see patients at the Marquette Senior Center, Mill Creek, Brookridge, and other locations/home visits upon request. Please call the business cell at 906-203-8973 to schedule." 

Visits cost $40 with additional costs as discussed for more extensive procedures (steroid injections, ingrown nail removals).

Currently non-participating with BCBS, Medicare, and some others.
